The High Precision Automatic Cold Press Machine is designed specially for the molding of segments of diamond saw blade, wire saw bead and so on, which are characterized as high efficiency, many varieties (changed along with the mould) and good quality. This machine adopts automatic feeding and volume type filling. The hydraulic system is composed of special designed combined pump, proportional valve and servo cylinder. It can pinpoint matched with electric control. It is easy to operate, because the segment technical parameters are input by the man-machine interface in the controlling system with touch screen. Pressing segment contains transition layers.
