The servo system of grinding wheel may control the speed, and adjust it within 0-6000 rev/minute. The switch of obverse and reverse revolutions may be completed within 0.5 second, rather good for chamfering.

 

Interior angle grinding function: you only need to input the parameters (diameter and thickness) of grinding wheel, and angle after grinding, teeth number of saw blade and its diameter. Put inside the saw blade and start up the equipment, servo controller will set up coordinate according to the parameters input, and start processing. The precision is around 0.002mm.

 

Exterior angle grinding function: input parameters as the way of interior angle, then the equipment will finish the set task. In this condition, the equipment may stir one tooth, and grinding wheel will chamfer back and forth, or stir two teeth, the grinding wheel chamfers at one angle. Such switch of functions may be completed with a simple click on the human-machine interface.

 

Tooth-stirring servo controller: you may set on the human-machine interface the number of tooth stirred. The maximum stirring number is 4, which is convenient for customers to make different types of products.
